3093脱氧剂是一种不要配氢脱氧剂,其脱氧原理是、气体中的氧和载有活性组分的炭,在活性组分的催化作用下,能在较低的温度定向转化为二氧化碳,脱氧后的气体残氧量小于1ppm,脱除二氧化碳后,便制得高纯气体。该脱氧剂可直接脱除氮、氩、氦、二氧化碳等气体中的氧。
常用的脱氧剂相比具有以下优点:脱氧过程中无氢源,使用安全可靠;脱氧容量大(1500L/kg•脱氧剂);操作简单,成本低。可使普氮气体通过炭载体脱氧剂纯化装置进行纯化处理,在加热温度在280~350℃的状态下,采用燃烧法直接脱氧。无需配置氢气,脱氧深度高(残O2≤1ppm),脱氧容量大(大于1.6M3O2/kg),操作简便,性能可靠。
